Salad:


Green salad: Crispy iceberg lettuce, tender baby greens, tomatoes, cucumber, grated carrots, and garbanzo beans served with a choice of creamy garlic or Italian dressing.

Baby green salad with candied pecans and a slightly sweet vinaigrette.

Chinese salad: Iceberg lettuce, tender baby greens, baby corn, grated carrots and crispy noodles served with our sweet-spicy Chinese dressing.

Caesar salad: A classic romaine with croutons, served with our house Caesar dressing.

Chopped salad: Cabbage, carrots, Peppers of red, orange, and yellow, corn and garbanzo beans in a creamy slaw dressing.

Antipasto salad: Chopped cabbage, garbanzo beans, peperoncinis, Hearts of palm, bell peppers, carrots, and olives in an Italian style vinaigrette.

Taco salad: Crispy iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, olives, and sweet corn served with a creamy salsa dressing and topped with crunchy tortilla chips.



Entrees:

Smoked-Filet of salmon seared and then gently smoked, served with remoulade sauce or mango salsa.

Baked salmon almandine-Filet smothered with caramelized onions, seasonings, and toasted sliced almonds, served with tartar sauce.

Portobello mushrooms filled with a spinach-roasted garlic stuffing.

Polenta with tomato, mushroom, kalamata olive sauce.

Citrus marinated chicken-Chicken marinated in citrus and herbs, then roasted to a juicy perfection.

Marsala chicken-Seasoned, baked tender chicken served with a luscious Marsala sauce.

Chicken Kiev- Boneless chicken breast filled with herbed margarine rolled in tender crumbs and lusciously baked. Served with mushroom sauce.

Oven fried chicken-Chicken coated with a delicious seasoning mix and oven "fried" to a delicious crunch.

Apricot chicken-Chicken baked with a sweet apricot sauce.

Espresso/Cappuccino Bar:

We will provide an espresso machine and a server to serve espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and ice mocha, along with assorted flavored syrups, sugars, and toppings. We are RCC certified and all of our drinks are parve. We will provide the necessary paper goods. We will serve for up to 3 hours. Price depends on number of guests.
